We are pleased to announce that Wood Street was presented with five Addy Awards at the 2013 American Advertising Federation – Greater Frederick’s Addy Awards Ceremony.
The AAF – Greater Frederick is the regional professional organization for advertising, marketing and related firms within central and Western Maryland. Each year they host an awards dinner to celebrate achievements in print and digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
This year Wood Street walked away with a Gold Addy for its work on the marketing campaign for their Myqrosites Campaign for Kicking Apps, LLC. The specific category for this award was Integrated Campaigns, B-to-B, Regional / National.
Myqrosites, a Kicking Apps product, is a mobile microsite creator that helps companies offer a more interactive experience with custom, content-rich, mobile websites made on the fly.
The campaign for this included custom logo design, trade show materials, a two-panel brochure, email marketing template, website and business cards.
Wood Street partner and Kicking Apps President Jason Giuliano had this to say…
“I’m very proud of our team for being able to create a great campaign that matches the product’s creativity and progressive technology.”
Wood Street was also honored with four silver Addy Awards:
- Global Fund for Children, Digital Advertising, Microsites, Services
- Kathryn Martin Website, Digital Advertising, Websites, Consumer Services
- Catoctin Construction Website, Digital Advertising, Websites, Consumer Services
- Cetrom Expo Animation, Digital Advertising, Video Branded Content, 60 Seconds or Less
This work is designed and developed to achieve our client’s specific goals. But to be recognized for the quality of this work by a group of our peers is certainly very meaningful.
Wood Street Vice President, Jamie Stup, summed up the evening this way…
“It’s always a good time attending the Addy awards and to walk away with 5 awards out of 7 entries made it extra special.”
