Jon-Mikel Bailey

President / Business Development

Before co-founding Wood Street in 2002, Jon worked in sales, marketing and business development for technology and marketing firms. Jon gives talks on digital marketing, SEO, social media, web and graphic design for conferences, chambers of commerce, trade associations and colleges. He has a BFA in Fine Art in Photography from Frostburg State University and still shoots photos for Wood Street clients. Jon handles business development, project management, and marketing at Wood Street. Jon also manages the popular Wood Street Journal.

Jason Giuliano

Vice President / Director of Business Development

Jason started at Wood Street in September of 2002 and is a company partner. His roles include business development and project management at Wood Street; building client relationships and guiding clients through the design and development processes. He has over 20 years of industry experience and studied at Frostburg State University, earning a Communication degree focusing in Marketing with a minor in Graphic Design, Public Relations and a Associates in Business Administration.

Jamie Stup

Creative Director

Wood Street co-founder and partner, Jamie has more than 20 years experience designing web sites and interactive media. He served on the Greater Frederick Advertising Board for more than 4 years and has been a proud member and judge for the International Academy of the Visual Arts. His role has transitioned into Creative Director but he still uses his design skills and knowledge to create award winning web sites. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Frostburg State University with a minor in Art History.

Derek Jubach

Web Development Manager / Developer

Derek has been an award winning developer and designer since joining Wood Street in 2003 and is a company partner.  As Development Manager, Derek  brings more than 15 years of experience and manages the development  team by organizing and prioritizing projects, assigning daily tasks and delegating task workloads. He interfaces with Wood Streets clientele as a project coordinator guiding them with their technology and staffing requirements, deadlines, project status, project scope, content needs, and quality standards.

Adam Willard

Front End Developer

Adam is an Adobe Certified Dreamweaver web developer and award-winning web designer who specializes in the use of valid HTML/CSS, Responsive coding, JavaScript and semantic markup. His attention to detail and clean coding practices compliment the skills of the rest of our development team, allowing for flexible and adaptable designs. Adam’s knowledge of search engine optimization and various programming languages gives him the aptitude to approach new technical challenges and effective coding solutions for all of Wood Street’s clientele.

Dave Porter

Web and Graphic Designer

Dave’s thorough knowledge of design, as well as his keen interest in visual communication, lends itself to just about every type of service that Wood Street provides. This includes web and print design, branding, illustration and media. His passion for a wide variety of visual mediums gives him the drive to master new challenges and match specific needs with unique and effective design solutions. Dave has served as an integral proponent for quality design at Wood Street since 2005 and continues to stay up to date with current design practices. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Robert Kosek

Web Programmer / Developer

Robert is Wood Street’s programming specialist. With Wood Street since 2011, he brings 13 years of professional web programming in PHP and MySQL, several years experience in Ruby and Javascript, and a previous background in web design. Robert is well experienced with WordPress, web standards, and how concepts like Object Oriented Programming apply to the internet. Robert is also a Zend Certified PHP Engineer.

Ricky McCallum

Junior Web Developer

Ricky is a web developer with a Bachelor’s in Simulation and Digital Entertainment from University of Baltimore. At Wood Street he helps with site maintenance and WordPress theme integration. In the past, he has enjoyed building websites for local small businesses while honing his HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills. When not studying new web development tools and techniques, Ricky’s passions include vegan home cooking, mindfulness meditation, and ping pong. He is currently focused on diving deep into PHP and MySQL.
